Peak Pilates Certified Instructor
Jennifer first joined The Innerspace in 2015 as a newcomer to Pilates, with goals of reducing chronic joint pain and building strength and flexibility. Regular practice soon produced results and she was hooked!
With four young kids at home, The Innerspace was a place for Jennifer to focus on herself and she embraced the mind-body connection that is so central to the practice of Pilates. She consistently attended classes for years. As her kids grew older and she looked for a new direction in which to focus her energy it was a natural next-step to become a certified Peak Pilates instructor and to share her enthusiasm for the work.
What she loves most about Pilates is that it is truly meant for every body. Young or old, slim or heavier, flexible or tight, fit or wanting-to-get-more-fit, every body can do Pilates and every person is made welcome at the Innerspace. Jennifer is excited about helping others to experience the benefits of Pilates and hopes to guide her students toward the confidence and sense of well-being that comes from quality practice.
