QiGong for Weight Loss

In this workshop you will learn Qi Gong and Pi Gu (pronounced Bi Gu). Pi Gu technique is a type of Qi
Gong that is used to shrink the stomach. The result will prevent hunger and stop food addictions. You
will learn to retrain your mind to help you lose weight. Using the proper herbs and food in conjunction
with Qi Gong heals chronic weight gain, cancer, diabetes, cardiac disease, and other common disorders.
During the workshop we will discuss a 30 day regimen incorporating specific foods, herbs, Qi Gong
exercises, meditation, goal setting and more empowering you with tools to change your life – feeling good
and loving yourself.
