Yoga Basics: Pose By Pose: Tuesdays at 10:00-11:15

Learn the ‘ins and outs’ of asana in this class. Focus on breath and alignment and relaxation as you move through a well-balanced yoga class. Pose by pose you will feel yourself quieting your mind, focusing on your breath, and reaching toward inner peace. Good for all levels!

Pilates Power: Mat & More: Wednesdays at 6:30-7:20

Shape your entire body and have fun as you work out with a variety of equipment and movements. Challenge yourself with a variety of props —every workout will be a little different to keep you reaching toward your goals.

Eb & Flow Yoga: Wednesdays at 7:30-8:45

Everything has a season and a rhythm and this yoga class taps into that natural force. Start with some gentle flowing yoga asana to warm the body and then settle into restorative yoga for the remainder of this class. Who needs restorative yoga? All of us, to unwind, heal, and de-stress!

Heart Opening Yoga: Thursdays at 1:15-2:30

Energize your day with this empowering Anusara style class that will awaken your body and mind. You will be led through an invigorating sequence of poses infused with a heart opening Tantric theme that will encourage you to experience your inner beauty. Celebrate and engage your body, mind and heart and leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for anything. All levels welcome!
