Pilates Reformer: The Reformer is the most popular equipment workout today. The springs provide assistance and resistance you provide the muscle. The Reformer sequences are perfectly balanced workouts that vary in level from Beginner (Everybody) through Advanced! With over 200 exercise variations your body will never get bored. Pilates MVe Chair: This is the workout that is sweeping the Pilates world by storm! The chair is a versatile with spring resistance and exercises for the whole body in positions that encompass seated, standing, lying prone, and kneeling. Initially created to improve leg strength and alignment, the chair improves balance and control as well as a challenge for the core. If you think Reformer is the only piece of apparatus you need- think again- try the MVe chair workouts for a whole new take on Pilates.
Pilates Stick: Go beyond the Mat! The provides you with the opportunity to do the traditional Cadillac exercises and new variations on the mat. Work against the elastic bands to tone and shape legs and arms while working deeply on your Powerhouse muscles: abs, hips, and thighs. Find out just how good a workout can feel.
More Than Mat: The Mat is the method. Experience the work in the fullest sense. Work with precision as you move from exercise to exercise, never stopping from beginning until end. Challenging yourself with a variety of props, small balls, power circles, dynabands, barrels, etc. keeps you progressing and having fun.
Pilates-Do It Right!: This new class is a great way to start or a great way to back up and get things right. Emphasis will be on learning through doing. Learn how to truly feel and work from your core, to align and move your body properly.
