The InnerSpace is co-owned by the Mother-Daughter team of Zoey Trap, MS and Kathryn Coyle, BA. Their love of movement and passion for teaching has inspired them to open The InnerSpace, a place dedicated to helping everyone explore his or her potential from the inside out.
We believe that mindbody movement offers life lessons that can be taken from the studio into the real world. Pilates, Yoga, and Qigong are not only physical workouts, but lifelong practices that are rewarding mentally, physically, and emotionally; each offers a pathway for individual growth.
We believe that Pilates, and yoga are for every body, from the de-conditioned person wanting to find health and fitness to the elite athlete looking for a performance edge. The InnerSpace is committed to offering traditional, classical approaches to Pilates and yoga through a variety of private and group sessions to help you achieve your goals.

About our Studio
The InnerSpace Studio is the original Avon Town library which has been beautifully restored. Yoga classes are held in a spacious elegant ‘library room’ with hard wood floors, chandeliers and working fireplace. Private and smaller yoga classes are held in our cozy ‘annex’ room.
Pilates classes are held in private suites where you can receive one on one attention free of distraction from your certified instructor. Our Pilates Studio offers is fully equip with classical equipment including Reformers, Chairs, Cadillac, Towers, Barrels, Ped-o-pull, and small accessories. Additionally, we have two group Pilates rooms, one for Chair and Reformer and the other for mat and Pilates Stick.
The schedule at the Inner Space is diverse and allows for a full range of MindBodySpirit movement experiences. There is something for everyone!
